• Evaluate existing supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement scalable and sustainable solutions to streamline workflows, eliminate redundancies, and optimize resource utilization.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather insights, feedback, and requirements for strategic initiatives.
• Foster strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and promote seamless execution.

Gross Margin Improvement:
