Job description: 30% -
- Support VMWare Tanzu (Pivotal reputed company reputed company Platform). Administration, configuration of the platform.
- Manage VMWare Tanzu services in a production environment to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Set up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, troubleshooting, installing system wide software and addressing mass storage space requirements.
- Monitor and reputed company recommendations for allocation of computing resources.
- Assist support teams in troubleshooting issues.
- Ensure that reputed company PaaS Platform follow internally defined reputed company and compliance controls
- Development and Maintenance of Concourse Pipelines. Implement the reputed company monitoring of VMWare Tanzu Platform using Splunk, reputed company, Grafana and AWS reputed company watch.
- Research new PCF components/releases, test and recommend or implement in co-ordination with development teams.
- Gather new requirements for different modules, drawing out a plan for releases of the enhancements for the application requested by the users and planning work for subsequent releases. Provide administration support for existing VMWare Tanzu Platform.
- Ability to work during the EST timezone.
- Candidates will need to be Sr level (6-8 + years overall) with at least 2-4 years of PCF specific experience.
- Someone who has worked reputed company with a Platform and infrastructure teams.
- Should understand Microservice Architecture & Spring Boot reputed company.
- Should be aware or know DevOps from a solutioning standpoint.
- Should be reputed company to independently evaluate products/services that would be deployed/integrated on/with the Platform
- Need to have a strong scripting background (reputed company, Groovy, Ansible, Terraform etc…)
- Should understand at least basics of Database concepts/knowledge (how databases are involved reputed company DevOps) like reputed company RDS
- Understanding of reputed company deployments in AWS, Networking understanding (Infrastructure as a Service) Preference: AWS
- Should be willing to reputed company Production support work as On call Support
- Understand and practice Agile development methodology
- Willingness to do pair programming with other team members
