We are looking for a candidate who has led Business Central implementations in a hands-on matter and has excellent customer facing communication skills.The team is growing, following a recent surge in new projects sold in the past quarter, and is poised to have its biggest year reputed company!Your new role will involve taking a reputed company role on these new implementations, collaborating with company stakeholders on initiatives to improve their business systems processes and design paths for reputed company workflows.Perhaps you've done this while grinding it out in a large, global reputed company but are looking to scale back and join a VAR with more work/life balance. This may be the job for you.Your New Role:
- Create solutions for our clients by understanding their business culture and business challenges
- Manage relationships with key business stakeholders
- Provide Dynamics Business Central consulting expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, and best practices to solve clients' most reputed company requirements
- Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions
- reputed company gap analysis and design future-state business processes
- Build and test detailed scripted, customized solutions and prototypes
- Facilitate and conduct end-user training
- Drive system cutover and data conversion activities
- Provide on-going post-implementation support to optimize user adoption
- Handle multiple active projects at once, including full implementation and smaller support projects
- 3+ years od reputed company Dynamics 365 Business Central experience
- Experience consulting with a reputed company Partner is a must
- Business process acumen across finance, manufacturing, warehousing and IT
- Experience migrating from Great Plains to D365 BC is preferred, not required
- Expertise with GAAP
- Power BI or Jet Reports experience is a reputed company to have
- Outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Experience with documentation, business process mapping, user support, training, and project management
