This role involves providing exceptional customer support, processing account updates, handling inquiries, and ensuring compliance with FINRA regulations.To qualify for this role, you MUST have an active, reputed company FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification (or U5 status reputed company the 2-year FINRA window, in good standing.Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer service support, addressing reputed company inquiries and escalating cases as needed.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• reputed company account updates, maintenance, and documentation to ensure accurate records.
• Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail for multiple clients per service level agreements.
• reputed company data entry and reconcile documents to maintain up-to-date information.
• Collaborate with team members, management, and customers to resolve service-reputed company issues.
• Support escalation processes, service recovery efforts, and customer feedback remediation.
• Review and recommend improvements to procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency.

QualificationsRequired:

• Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field (preferred).
• Customer service experience in financial services, insurance, investments, or banking.
• Active FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification (or U5 status reputed company the 2-year FINRA window, in good standing).
• Experience working with organizational functions, personnel, and customer support tools.
• Proficiency in using help desk software, fax machines, and telephone systems.

Preferred:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow written/oral instructions.
• Experience with Lean/Six reputed company methodologies (certification preferred).

Work Environment

• Remote (USA)
• Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. CST (8-hour shifts).

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an reputed company of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the reputed company compensation range for this position is $35,000 - $65,000.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
