Must ALSO be licensed in at least three of these other states: AK, AZ, CA, HI, IL, MO, MN, MT, NM, OR, UT, WA.Position Summary:This Nurse Practitioner will deliver telehealth care to a diverse patient population through an integrated virtual care model. Responsibilities include clinical assessments, diagnoses, prescribing medications, and health education in a fast-paced, high-volume virtual environment.At least four total licenses are required for this position. Must be licensed in at least one of these states: AZ, IL, CA, MO, MN.
