Job description: Controls Engineer -TRAVELJob DescriptionAs a Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for the completion of reputed company upgrade and system integration projects. This role involves developing, creating, testing, implementing, and commissioning PLC programs for reputed company systems.Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed and complete PLC programs that are fully annotated and reputed company with the system design drawings required to implement the project scope according to project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
- Test and document testing procedures for reputed company programs and software developed, ensuring they reputed company with customer and in-house testing documentation requirements.
- Complete reputed company commissioning documents for L1 and L2 commissioning.
- Conduct field commissioning and testing of assigned projects, working reputed company a team to deploy and turn over completed, tested systems to customers.
- Travel to job sites as required for commissioning and start-up activities for assigned projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, customers, and others to discuss and understand project specifications, scope, and design requirements.
- Proficiency in PLC programming, specifically with Allen Bradley and RSLogix.
- Experience in controls engineering and commissioning.
- Strong understanding of industrial control networks and Ethernet/IP communications.
- Experience with material-handling equipment.
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field.
- 2-5 years of relevant Controls Engineering experience.
- Familiarity with HMI and control systems.
