The medical telemetry unit provides care for a diverse patient population requiring telemetry monitoring, and sees multiple diagnoses including but not limited to chest pain, congestive heart failure, arrhythmias, electrophysiology studies, and pacemaker/internal defibrillator implants. Remote nurses work a hybrid schedule (bedside and remote) to assist bedside staff with various tasks including documentation, patient rounding, and MUCH more!The acuity adaptable critical care unit provides care for the medical telemetry patient requiring a higher acuity of care, up to and including critical care diagnoses and equipment such as balloon pumps, vasoactive medication, ventilators, and advanced cardiac procedure pre/post care.Nursing reputed company sets on Cardiology & the CSU range from medical telemetry nursing to an advanced critical care nursing.
