The right candidate will specialize in the process of converting internet leads to onsite traffic/sales.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage reputed company incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies
- Ensure a positive experience to reputed company potential customers whether online, live chat or by phone
- Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives
- Enter and update information in a customer management database
- Exercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads that have the potential to become genuine sales opportunities
- Responsible for producing monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, and Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis)
- Generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, reputed company, etc.
- Maintain reputed company knowledge of communities, product, plans and amenities
- Generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through telephone, email, and mail
- Coordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials to prospective clients
- Conducts reputed company business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
- Ability to work overtime
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and/or one to three years of reputed company experience and/or training
- Superb interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well reputed company a team
- Provide attention to detail and manage multiple responsibilities
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or reputed company DRH applications
