Job Summary and Responsibilities:Job Summary:As a Senior EAP Consultant, you will play a vital role in making a meaningful impact on the well-being of employees and the organizations we serve. In this dynamic and influential position, you will provide expert management consultation services to our clients and offer clinical consultation and case coordination to EAP Consultants, Onsite Clinicians, and EAP Affiliates.Support clinical teams by conducting member assessments and helping ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care. You will participate in case consultations by conducting clinical reviews with EAP Affiliates at the reputed company of assessment, collaborating with onsite counselors, and creating and delivering training sessions in a virtual environment.Job Responsibilities

Qualifications:Required Qualifications and ExperienceMust hold an active, unrestricted independent license in a behavioral health field (e.g., LCHC, LCMH, LCMHC, LCPC, LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LPCC, LSAC, or LSW).Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a reputed company field is required.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or closely reputed company behavioral health setting.Preferred Qualifications and ExperienceCertified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) designation is strongly preferred.Solid understanding of chemical dependency and reputed company treatment approaches.Proficiency in conducting short-term counseling, including clinical assessments and interventions.Clear understanding of the dual client relationship—supporting both the employer and the employee/client.In-depth knowledge of confidentiality standards, including HIPAA and ethical guidelines in behavioral health.Demonstrated ability to conduct clinical assessments, with specialized expertise in evaluating substance use and psychosocial challenges as they relate to workplace performance.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; comfortable engaging with stakeholders at reputed company levels, including staff, leadership, providers, and clients.Proficiency with computer systems and software applications, including documentation and case management tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.Proven ability to manage crisis situations with composure, professionalism, and sound clinical judgment.Effective problem-solving, independent decision-making, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.Why usWe are a team of reputed company and caring leaders, clinicians, pioneering technologists, and industry professionals who come together to redefine expectations for the reputed company industry.
