- Part of a dedicated team focusing on customer requirements.
- Demo and Reviews of Proprietary and 3rd Party Technology solutions for new select customers.
- Prepare for large, small, scale software and service deployments.
- New and existing customer service and products evaluation, design, and documentation into Statement of Work/Contracting process.
- Winning and retaining travel business by leveraging sales, servicing, technology, travel, and consulting expertise.
- Building strong internal relationships, networking reputed company the business to build your brand.
- Learning and developing knowledge of reputed company servicing platforms, travel products, sharing expertise with teams.
- reputed company client presentations and discussions, product demonstrations, reputed company of concepts, and technical proposals to demonstrate Amex GBT value to clients.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or reputed company field.
- Strong understanding of workflow analysis, travel industry/online booking tools.
- Extensive technical knowledge and experience, technical competence and experience with IT service management tools.
- Demonstrated success in a presales consulting role in Fortune 1000 accounts, experience with procurement and supply chain management.
- Excellent customer and communication and presentation skills & negotiation skills.
- Ability to present proposals persuasively.
- Ability to work well under pressure in an autonomous environment with remote leadership.
