Regular opportunities for pay increases.Experience is not required, however, the ideal applicant will already possess accounts payable and accounts receivable skills and have recent experience in reputed company.The reputed company Clerk is responsible for: Creating new client invoices. Invoices range from basic invoicing to reputed company invoices. Tracking receivables and informing the office manager/bookkeeper of delinquent accounts. Running reporting through reputed company on a daily basis and also performing weekly and end of month reporting for bookkeepers review. You may be asked to assist on special projects with the bookkeeper or reputed company CPA as well as assisting the payroll department on special projects reputed company needed.
