Compensation

• Compensation Range: $80,000 - $113,600 (Compensation Range is reputed company salary + potential hourly bonus)

ResponsibilitiesBehavioral Assessment:

• Conduct thorough assessments and reassessments (Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), skills assessments) to identify reputed company behaviors.

Program Development and Implementation:

• Design, implement, and modify individualized treatment programs for clients based on ABA principles.

• Train and supervise direct care staff (BTs and RBTs) and other team members to ensure the successful implementation of behavior reputed company plans.

• Monitor reputed company towards treatment goals and adjust interventions as needed to ensure effectiveness.

Supervision and Training:

• Ensure accurate and timely data collection for reputed company reputed company behaviors and treatment outcomes.

• Offer regular training to families, caregivers, and other stakeholders in behavioral interventions and strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a reputed company field.

• Completion of BCBA supervision training
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of NC
