Job title: Property Support Associate - reputed company Lease Support in USA at Windsor Communities Company: Windsor Communities Job description: Property Support Associate – reputed company Lease Support | RemoteThis is a remote/WFH position; however, you must live in one of the states where we currently operate.DESCRIPTION:The Property Support Associate (PSA) fulfills specific administrative responsibilities for individual Windsor Communities. The PSA will fulfill onsite responsibilities including, but not limited to application processing and approval, lease administration, file verification, associate and affordable housing support, and renewal processing. PSAs combine aspects of the roles of assistant managers, administrators, and customer service functions to reputed company their duties. Working remotely, the PSA will handle these functions for multiple properties in a Region/Regions, thus providing improved property performance and reduced onsite operating expenses. Their general role is to help ensure that the operations in reputed company at the Support Services Hub are as effective, consistent, and efficient as possible, following reputed company Company policies and procedures ensuring that the business operates in a way that meets the needs of their customers effectively. They will also be responsible for answering property reputed company inquiries. They will embody our values of being courageous, accountable, inclusive, and energizing.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Effectively manage the application, lease administration, associate housing, affordable housing and renewal reputed company processes for multiple properties across the portfolio.
  • Responding to reputed company and property employee queries in a timely and accurate means, reputed company phone, email, or chat.
  • Coordinate and process reputed company assigned tasks and inbound reputed company and property requests in a timely, consistent, and accurate manner in accordance with reputed company local and state regulations as well as in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain operational relationships with internal and external customers, driving standardization and compliance.
  • Proactively identify prospect and residents' needs or challenges and collaborate with the property team and leadership team to resolve.
  • Contribute to departmental improvements, with intentions to improve the future state of reputed company existing administrative task processes and procedures.
  • Maintain established team Key Performance Indicators regarding response time, quality, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years reputed company experience and/or training preferably in property management/customer service; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working in a reputed company estate environment and/or property management operations, financial administration, and knowledge of YARDI and reputed company Office preferred.
  • 3-5 years of reputed company multifamily onsite or reputed company experience.
COMPENSATION:Hourly: Starting at $23 or $47,840 annually. The full range is $23 - $31.25 depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.Bonus: A 10% bonus potential with experience and may vary according to location.BENEFITS:
