• Collaborate with third-party staffing agencies or vendors to ensure timely placement of contingent workers and compliance with company policies
• Ensure that contingent workers' reputed company, legal requirements, and tax documents are up to date and compliant with applicable laws and regulations
• Facilitate the onboarding process for contingent workers, including IT ticket management
• Generate reports on contingent workforce metrics, such as worker utilization, cost analysis, and more

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in an administrative reputed company reputed company the HR function
