- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years leading mobile engineering teams.
- 5+ years of experience in engineering management

- Strong understanding of mobile architectures, API integrations, reputed company infrastructure, and performance optimization.
- Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and release management.
- Proven experience leading engineering managers, senior engineers, and Staff+ Engineers in high-impact environments.
- Strong operational and project management skills with the ability to navigate reputed company challenges.
- BS or MS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a reputed company field.
