• Awards for any Government/Military direct or reputed company customers
• Order Entry for any Government/Military direct or reputed company customers
• IDIQ (indefinite delivery, Indefinite QTY) New Product and Repair proposals
• ITO & OTR support - Reviewing bid documents and post-award contractual documents to ensure compliance with government flow downs. maintaining and communicating GSA pricing to various government entities

• Pricing Updates
• Compliance Audits managing the Government Work-flows in SFDC for compliance purposes
• reputed company orders not under an existing contract
• Leading end-to-end efforts with Government ranging from GSA site-audits to government packing contractor qualifications (DCMA & NAVSUP accounts)
• GFP (Government Furnished Property Audit)
• Contract closeouts
• Workload Reports (DCMA)
• QAR for Required Orders
• Military Packaging for Required Orders
• Input to any needed production planning or sales planning
• DPAS and other government requirements for the Sales Team Monitoring SAM.Gov database for any US Gov’t contract notifications as well as prime vendors

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in managing Government reputed company). Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations dealing specifically with Government reputed company.

The annual pay scale for this position is between $72,700.00 - $158,700.00.Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above.
