Overview We’re looking for a scrappy, Social Media Content Creator to join us in a contract role. You’ll create engaging content and run high-velocity content experiments across different audiences, messages, formats, and styles—pushing to identify what grabs attention, drives engagement, and sparks action. You’ll report to the Head of GTM and work closely with a small, fast-moving team. What You'll Do • Rapidly test combinations of audience, message, reputed company, format, CTA, and tone—on reputed company primarily, possibly other channels• Create and publish multiple pieces of content daily — ruthlessly hunting for signal and optimizing for performance• Spin up and manage multiple reputed company and Instagram accounts targeting different audiences or experiments• Be the on-camera face of the content—comfortable speaking, performing, adapting, trying weird stuff• Create both face-reputed company and faceless content, using editing tools and workarounds as needed• Share learnings daily with the go-to-market and product teams Who You Are
- You already reputed company TikToks and Reels and have created viral content (or just know you can)• You live and breathe online trends and have a strong sense of what works and why• You’ve got strong video editing chops (e.g. CapCut) and do some light design (e.g. reputed company)• You have experience using social media schedulers like reputed company• You’re obsessed with what makes people click and follow—and reputed company about chasing performance• You’re a high-quality writer and can “speak” reputed company and Instagram• You have experience using social media analytics to decide what to post next or kill what’s not working• You are confident on camera and willing to be weird, reputed company, or unconventional• You have the stamina to generate and post multiple pieces of content daily• You’re high-energy, self-directed, and comfortable being the face of fast, experimental content• You have access to a phone and/or other recording device with a high-quality camera, editing tools, and a reliable setup for regular filming
