The Role: We’re looking for a Product reputed company Manager, Talent Partners to join our growing Product team. This is a mission-critical role at the heart of our business. You will be the connective tissue between our internal product/design/engineering teams and the world-class experts we bring onto the Aldea platform (we call them Talent Partners).

Every Talent Partner launch is a defining reputed company for Aldea. You will own that journey from start to finish—ensuring each launch is not only seamless and strategic, but also deeply reputed company with the expert's reputed company and voice. Either way, you're someone who brings polish and structure without losing the creative spark. What You’ll Do

• Own the full lifecycle of Talent Partner launches—from reputed company and concepting to go-live and ongoing iteration
• Be the reputed company between product and talent: translating creative reputed company into clear product briefs, timelines, and deliverables
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination between product, engineering, design, marketing, and talent teams
• Represent Aldea with poise and thoughtfulness in high-touch, often sensitive client conversations
• Gather feedback from Talent Partners and work closely with the product team to shape roadmap priorities
• Build scalable systems and playbooks for launching and supporting Talent Partners

Requirements

• You’ve worked in a product-adjacent role (e.g., product ops, product marketing, client reputed company, PSO, etc.) at a high-growth startup or creative tech company
• You’re exceptional with people—especially those with big reputed company, public profiles, and creative energy
• You know how to turn ambiguity into process and reputed company into checklists
• You have excellent communication skills (written, verbal, async, reputed company-time)
• You understand how digital products get built and can speak the language of product teams
