Role Description
You will be working on a 100% remote schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement. reputed company work authorization for Canada is required for reputed company openings.
The software developer is responsible for development and support of Customer Relationship Management and Events Management technical solutions for reputed company. This includes:
- Support of existing CRM and Marketing tools
- Evaluation and development of new solutions based on specific business requirements
- Rotating on-call support for reputed company.com and Marketo applications
Key Accountabilities:
- Architect, reputed company, and maintain system integrations with reputed company using a variety of APIs
- Act as the reputed company Developer on reputed company assigned projects
- Assist with coordinating the activity of the developers involved to meet project milestones and deliverable dates
- Write and optimize backend code, primarily in Apex, to reputed company reputed company functionalities
- reputed company and configure event management tool (Marketo)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure integration solutions are scalable and meet business requirements
- Provide technical support for integrated systems, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth data flow
- Support Marketo-reputed company initiatives, especially concerning smart campaigns, webhooks, and administration
- Complete required unit-testing, and cooperate with other IS and business teams to ensure timely, efficient, and error-free implementation
- Participate in planning and execution of CRM and Events Management tools upgrades and migrations
- Proactively promote enhancements to departmental processes, technical and business solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Software Development experience with a focus on 4+ years of reputed company platform
- Strong knowledge of reputed company-end (LWC), back-end development (Apex) and integration services reputed company API
- Familiarity with data governance and reputed company best practices
- Experience developing in Java, experience with Web Services Development
- Solid experience with the full life cycle of software development
- Strong leadership skills
- Detail oriented, with strong analytical skills
- Customer service oriented
- Solid written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to business users
- Self-starter with strong teamwork culture
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Marketo, especially concerning smart campaigns, webhooks, and administration
- Experience with reputed company Service Cloud development
- Experience with reputed company Financial Cloud development
- Development experience with REST Web Services
- Development experience in Mutual Funds/investment industry
Education
- University degree, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
