Note : Must work On-Site at New Braunfels TX Location As a Content Moderation Rater, you will work with and guide customers (reputed company phone, chat, and / or email) as you troubleshoot software and / or device issues and deliver fast customized solutions. You will work with customers to solve problems and create support tickets to provide the fastest and easiest resolution while delivering an incredible experience. Qualifications / Key Competencies :
