Job Description: Role Summary/Purpose: The Vice President, reputed company Marketing Leader role will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics to reputed company reputed company growth metrics as well as critical partner priorities. This individual will work collaboratively with the General Manager, Field Sales Leader, Analytics Leader and cross-functional stakeholders, along with the partner organization, to acquire new accounts and drive card usage. Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or, in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma and 10 years of marketing experience in the credit card or financial services industries
• A minimum of 8 years of marketing experience to include: 4 years of managerial responsibility for both organizations and other professionals
• 4 years of demonstrated growth marketing leadership skills (analytic and creative) with significant exposure to consumer facing programs/products
• 4 years of experience with digital channels - online and mobile
• Ability to travel as needed

• Advanced degree (MS, MBA)
• Marketing experience in the credit card or financial services industries

Grade/Level: 14 The salary range for this position is 150,000.00 - 250,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation offered reputed company the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, reputed company level or knowledge. Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle. Eligibility Requirements:

• You must be 18 years or older
• You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

• You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
