Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join reputed company. • Engage in outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and provide support.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Utilize computerized systems to log interactions, track issues, and manage customer accounts.
• Type responses and documentation accurately while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Provide support in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for serving a diverse clientele.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve reputed company issues and share best practices in customer support.

Experience

• Previous experience in client services or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry, communication, and issue tracking.
• Ability to analyze information effectively and provide clear solutions to customers.
