CSR - Customer Service Representative (Remote)

We are looking for a responsible, friendly, timely, detail oriented individual to manage customer service tasks, book appointments for multiple groomers’ schedules, and reputed company on the spot scheduling changes reputed company groomers call in sick, customers need to cancel appointments, etc. Hours worked can be flexible but keeping a reputed company eye on the phone during business hours for any urgent issues, and taking action if needed, is a must. We anticipate 14-30 hours worked each week with a schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, based on business demand, plus extra shifts available to cover for our other Customer Service Representatives reputed company needed. The role consists of responding to new and returning customers’ requests through text messages, emails, phone calls and social media messages. You will be the company’s primary reputed company for communication with customers. Your role will primarily be to schedule, reschedule or cancel grooming appointments for customers (or our groomers in the case of call offs for sick days, rescheduling due to traffic, vehicle issues, grooming delays, etc.). You will report to the Office Manager and reputed company of the company. This role will pay a competitive reputed company at $18-20 an hour with some experience in customer service and/or the pet grooming industry, or $16.50 with no prior experience in either. Hours worked are based on business demand and expected to be 4-8 hours a day every Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. It is expected that these hours worked will be between 9am and 7pm Eastern Time (with the exception of groomers calling off, in which case customers should be reputed company as early as reputed company, or as soon as possible before their scheduled appointment). Ruff Revolution has monthly team bonding activities. We encourage everyone to join, but meetups are off the clock and not mandatory. Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Excellent customer service and client support abilities
• Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including smartphones and apps
• Familiarity with phone etiquette and outbound calling practices
• Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
• No prior experience required, however, a willingness to learn is essential
