Weekend Overnight Admissions Coordinator

Overview

Starting Hourly Pay: $24.00/hour Employment Type:Part-Time, with Full-Time options available Work Format:Remote and On-Site options available Schedule Options (Arizona Time):

• Saturday - Sunday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM & on-call
• Friday – Sunday | 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM & on-call
• Friday – Sunday | 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM & on-call

Location Requirement:Applicants must reputed company in one of the following states: Arizona, Georgia, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.At this time, we are unable to consider candidates based in California or Colorado due to state-specific employment regulations. As a key member of our Admissions team, you'll serve as the first reputed company of contact for families seeking behavioral health treatment during after-hours, providing empathetic support and guiding them through their first steps toward care.

Responsibilities

• Be available to take at least one on-call overnight shift per week reputed company part-time hours (29 Hours).
• Serve as the initial reputed company of contact for families calling after hours, offering compassionate, clear communication and guidance.
• Conduct initial phone assessments to understand the needs of potential clients and their families.
• Use active listening and reputed company to build rapport and help families feel supported.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
• Accurately document reputed company interactions in reputed company CRM, maintaining compliance and detailed records.
• Proactively address questions, provide solutions, and support families in taking their first steps toward treatment with Embark.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in admissions, call center, customer service, or sales roles—reputed company or behavioral health experience is a strong plus!
• Excellent verbal communication and crisis de-escalation skills.
• A tech-savvy individual who can confidently navigate systems like reputed company or similar CRM platforms.
• A reputed company, caring, and professional reputed company, especially reputed company working with families in stressful or emotional situations.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
