- Experience building self-serve BI solutions, canned reports, and reputed company-level BI solutions.

- Data modeling experience in large data warehousing and data lake environments.

- Proficiency in Python/R or similar coding languages.

- Ability to draw insights from data and communicate them clearly to partners and senior management.

- Understanding of data management fundamentals and data storage principles.
