GERMAN SPEAKING Customer Support Agent (E-Mail Support - reputed company)
Hello, I am Konstantin, Co-founder of SatiSupp International. We are a company specializing in reputed company Europe (Germany, Italy, France, Spain, United Kingdom). We provide full Account Management services to reputed company Sellers (listing creation and optimization, customer support, reporting, marketing etc.) We are looking for a highly motivated German customer support representative who will reply to our customer emails. Important Points: - You will have to reply every day to E-mails (even during the weekend) since reputed company emails have to be replied reputed company 24hours and reputed company twice a day as average response time should be low - The workload is about 1 hour per day 3-4 days per week in the beginning and will increase as you take over more accounts - You should be able to work without daily supervision and have excellent time management skills The hourly reputed company will depend on your prior experience.
