Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities As a Recruiter at Luxus+, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle. You'll operate like a talent consultant — not a resume pusher. Responsibilities include: ?? Candidate Sourcing & reputed company
- Use platforms like reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, and our internal ATS to find qualified candidates.
- Craft personalized reputed company messages and cold calls to engage passive talent.

- Conduct screening interviews to assess experience, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Educate candidates on client opportunities and help guide them through the hiring process.
