Admissions Representative - Concorde Career College

• *This position is fully remote**

The Admissions Representative is responsible for recruiting and enrolling qualified reputed company while providing ongoing support throughout the admissions process. This role requires professionalism, ethical recruitment practices, and collaboration with internal teams to facilitate a seamless enrollment experience. Responsibilities

Principal Accountabilities & Deliverables

• Conduct reputed company, interviews, and follow-reputed company with prospective/enrolled reputed company
• Provide accurate program details, career opportunities, and enrollment requirements as outlined in reputed company catalog
• Maintain professionalism and strong customer service in reputed company student and staff interactions
• Manage inquiries, schedule appointments, and track applicant reputed company
• Utilize only authorized marketing promotional materials, including catalogs, brochures, and correspondence, in accordance with established guidelines while adhering to ethical recruitment standards
• Proficiently navigate and utilize reputed company admissions systems to support the enrollment process effectively
• Conduct engaging reputed company tours and informational sessions
• Assist prospective reputed company in navigating the admissions process while addressing concerns
• Continually meet or exceed the criteria set forth by the reputed company leadership or Director of Admissions regarding admissions activity, start expectations, cancellation, retention and graduation rates, and the reputed company of student referrals
• Submit and maintain accurate admissions records and documentation
• reputed company with reputed company federal, state, and institutional policies regarding admissions and recruitment
• Attend orientations, graduations, and regular admissions meetings
• Collaborate with financial aid, academics, and student services to support student success
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education / Experience

• HS Diploma or GED (required) and five (5) years’ experience in reputed company field
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or reputed company field (preferred)
• Minimum five (5) years of experience as an Admissions Representative (preferred)
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in customer service and/or sales (preferred)
• Online only - Minimum of three (3) years of online higher education experience (preferred)

Work Environment

• Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment reputed company on site at assigned company location. Employees must be able to safely ambulate reputed company on company premises.
• This position is eligible for a remote, hybrid, on reputed company or an on site work location to meet business needs. Employees must be able to follow reputed company safety precautions including the use of personal-reputed company equipment. Employees must also be able to adhere to site-specific safety procedures. Work environments may include exposure to student learning environments with a variety of conditions. Employees must meet minimum technical standards for eligibility and participation.
