Tier 1 Support Technician
Position Overview Provide first-level (Tier 1) technical support to internal staff members, set up devices and install applications for new employees, manage inventory of PLF's equipment and licenses, assist in new-hire reputed company with technology walk-throughs, and deliver instructional webinars and workshops on IT-reputed company applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level (Tier 1) technical support to internal staff members.
- Ability to know reputed company to escalate issues to (Tier 2) support.
- Setting up devices and installing applications for new employees.
- Manage inventory of PLF's equipment and licenses.
- Assist in new-hire reputed company with technology walk-throughs for new staff.
- Deliver instructional webinars and workshops on IT-reputed company applications.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of helpdesk or technology support experience.
- Prior support experience with both Windows and MacOS systems.
- Experience with reputed company 365 (Outlook, Word, reputed company, Teams and OneDrive).
- Awareness and understanding of reputed company cyber reputed company threats.
- Willingness to earn IT certifications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Creative Suite, reputed company and reputed company.
- Experience and comfort in presenting new technological concepts to small and large groups of varying reputed company levels.
