Rush Order Tee’s Chat Specialists provide an exceptional first impression on behalf of our customers by quickly answering online chat requests and questions. Each Chat Specialist is responsible for having dynamic conversations that drive and create customer loyalty. Engage in conversations with our customer. Conversations are NOT SCRIPTED. Chat Specialists need to think quickly and provide a personalized experience for each customer based on requests, wants, and needs. Therefore, the ability to multi-task, improvise, and type quickly is a must. Chat Specialists are also responsible for working in teams to meet individual and company benchmarks. Requirements:
