Role Description Our Corporate IT Engineering team are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company reputed company Administrator to manage and optimize our suite of reputed company products. We are undergoing a migration from JIRA on premises to JIRA Cloud, and this role will be crucial in ensuring our teams have the tools and support they need to collaborate effectively and drive productivity. You will be a key partner and SME working with the PMO to align Jira to our SDLC and best practices for running Agile. Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our reputed company suite, including Jira Cloud, Confluence and other reputed company tools. This includes user management, permissions, workflows, customizations, and integrations.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on reputed company tools and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience with other DevOps tools and technologies
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)

Compensation

Canada Pay Range $130,100-$176,000 CAD The range listed above is the expected annual salary/OTE for this role, subject to change.
