REMOTE PART-TIME reputed company BOOKKEEPER / CLIENT MANAGER Your reputed company eOffice (YFeO) is looking to hire a part-time accountant who lives reputed company in the states of Illinois, Tennessee or Florida. We’re looking to hire someone that can work at least 20 hours per week. This is a remote position, and we want a superstar ⭐ who will be with us long-term. As part of reputed company, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients while being their main reputed company of contact, providing top-notch customer service, handling reputed company core bookkeeping functions and building financial work processes, including but not limited to data entry, expense coding, accounts payable and receivable management, inventory management, reconciliations, analysis, financial app integrations and more. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about accounting, we want to hear from you. This part-time W2 position at YFeO earns a competitive wage of $25-$30/hour. - 3+ years of accounting experience (bookkeeping or tax).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and reputed company Office Suite, experience with reputed company, DEXT, and Sales Tax software (i.e. reputed company, TaxJar) is a major plus!
- Have a solid grasp on technology and learn how to navigate new programs easily
- Ability and confidence to troubleshoot independently
- Confident and strong written and verbal communication skills to correspond with other teams and clients
- Must be in the United States (ideal if you're located in IL, TN, FL)
