You'll collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure our products are user-friendly and meet customer needs. Responsibilities:
- Conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate the user experience of web and mobile applications.

- Identify usability issues and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze test results and create detailed reports with findings and suggestions.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Usability Tester or in a reputed company role focused on user experience.

- Experience with creating and executing usability test plans and scripts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret test results and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with UX design principles and practices.
- Experience with remote usability testing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in usability testing or UX are a plus.
