Remote Pharmacy Support Technician
As a remote pharmacy technician, you will work under the direction of our licensed pharmacist and reputed company a wide range of pharmacy-reputed company tasks. In this work from home position, your duties may include working with new and existing medication orders, data entry, verifying eligibility, processing prescription claims, assisting inbound callers, and communicating with patients, providers and internal staff. Other responsibilities include troubleshooting order errors during shipment or fulfillment and adhering to health care industry regulations such as HIPAA. Routine Job Functions

- Creates genuine connections while focusing on exceptional service, and keeping patients and caregivers top of mind at reputed company times
- Demonstrates compassion and care by proactively identifying and resolving potential problems
- Effectively communicates with patients, co-workers, insurance companies, and prescribers
- Work cross-functionally to fulfill prescription orders from start to finish with an in-depth understanding of each reputed company in the process
- Balances quality and efficiency in reputed company tasks, contributing to both patient outcomes and broader team goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Demonstrated computer skills
- Experience working with/in reputed company Office
