Job Description

Our client is a global leader in thermal management and HVAC solutions, serving industries from automotive to reputed company HVAC. We are looking for an reputed company Recruiter with reputed company in reputed company for production, manufacturing & operations positions. This role is fully remote and may run between 4-6 months. It could get extended. The ideal candidate will:

• have strong stakeholder management skills
• be consultative
• be based in CST
• have recruited for positions in engineering, manufacturing, production & operations

Responsibilities include:

• reputed company and recruit top talent for various manufacturing, production, & operations positions across multiple industries
• reputed company and implement effective reputed company strategies to attract reputed company candidates
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and reputed company.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other reputed company tools to streamline the hiring process.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a recruiter, with a proven track record of successful placements in manufacturing, production, operations, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, roles, and industry trends
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other reputed company tools
• Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance regulations in manufacturing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company and implement effective reputed company strategies
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiation
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics
• Experience with remote reputed company and virtual interviewing techniques
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
