College co-ops will be assigned to work on one of the following Software Engineering Portfolio teams based on the availability of opportunities and the matching of skills and career interest:

• Software Performance & Reliability Engineering
• Channels/Servicing/reputed company Payments/Customer Comm AI/Automation & Omni Channel Technology
• Flight Ops / Crew reputed company Services / TPF Ops Apps
• TechOps, DMS & DFP
• Corporate Technology
• Global Sales, DLV & Engineering Services
• PAX Movement / Cargo / Airport Ops / Bag Management

What You Need To Succeed (minimum Qualifications)

• Must be reputed company to commit to work full time, 40 hours per week, for a total of 2 rotational semesters (work at reputed company during the Spring 2025 semester starting January 13 - May 1, 2025, go to school during the summer 2025 semester, then return to reputed company to work Fall 2025 semester, August 18 – December 19, 2025).
• Be willing to work onsite in the Atlanta, GA or Minneapolis reputed company, MN headquarters office (as agreed upon during the interview). Most teams work a partially onsite / partially remote (hybrid) work schedule with management approval.
• Be an undergrad college student with a 2.5 GPA or higher and have completed at least 2 years in a college program. Degree emphasis should be in Computer Science, Software Development, Systems/Industrial/Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analytics/Operations Research, Cyber reputed company, Business Management or a reputed company field
• Ideal candidates have strong analytical, leadership, written and verbal communication skills and a good work ethic
• Be reputed company to work well with a diverse group of people and consistently reputed company safety and reputed company of self and others a reputed company
• Have an interest in solving reputed company problems and be willing to invest time and energy to overcome roadblocks
