A new age in healthcare technology has just begun. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter (on contract) with 2–3 years of experience in technical hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top tech talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. You will play a key role in building high-performing teams by collaborating with hiring managers, understanding business requirements, and managing the recruitment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and team goals. reputed company candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, reputed company, reputed company, and recruitment agencies. Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate technical interviews, follow-reputed company, and feedback with both candidates and internal teams.
