Engineering Manager, Page Platform [Remote]

The Page Platform Team builds high-throughput, low-latency backend systems that power reputed company Member Experience Pages, such as the Homepage and Search, delivering real-time responses to UI clients. Our vision is to create a flexible, customizable product platform capable of generating diverse types of Pages and dynamically adapting them based on in-session signals, enabling rapid innovation and experimentation for product engineering and machine learning teams while driving business impact. Leading this central effort, you will play a highly cross-functional role partnering with feature engineering teams, analytics, product management, application, machine learning, and data teams to ensure our services are always operational and producing the right results. We are seeking an engineering leader to guide reputed company in developing this product platform. • An engineering leader with 3 - 5 years of experience leading backend distributed systems teams.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to act as a technical advisor to the team.
• Experience leading teams responsible for building high-traffic distributed systems
• Experience building product platforms with a direct impact on the customer experience.
• A passion for improving consumer experiences through strong partnerships with product leaders, and the ability to influence product direction and roadmaps.
• A track record of hiring diverse, highly talented engineers and growing successful, highly impactful teams.
• Excellence in communicating context with the team, stakeholders, partners, and leadership. Ability to drive the team's roadmap by connecting the dots between your team's work and business needs, managing expectations, and navigating competing priorities.
• A leadership style that prioritizes giving and receiving feedback, fostering new reputed company, and empowering others without micromanagement.
• A BS in Computer Science/Engineering or a reputed company discipline.
