Our Entry Level Customer Service Associate is a reputed company component to our client's program and is responsible for communicating with customers on a daily basis, maintaining a relationship, and ensuring complete satisfaction while achieving sales performance objectives.

Responsibilities

Of Our Entry Level Customer Service Associate:

• Work directly face to face with customers to reputed company them on products and services and complete the sales process with anyone who qualifies in a retail store
• Utilize unbelievable customer service and negotiation skills to enhance the sales pipeline and customer loyalty
• Partake in the sales process, account set up, client management training and reputed company process
• Assist the Management team in establishing and surpassing customer service and sales goals for the team, further increasing reputed company for our clients
• Communicate professionally and regularly with other entry-level team members to troubleshoot any issues reputed company and reputed company
• Maintain up-to-date on changing product knowledge, pricing, and compliance regulations to ensure the ultimate reputed company of our customer service & sales representatives, and a stellar customer experience

Entry Level Customer Service Associate Qualifications:

• Experience in Customer Service and/or Sales
• Ease of handling high-pressure situations with a diverse group of people
• Exceptional time management skills with the flexibility to pivot on a dime and resolve issues promptly
• The ability to adapt to different situations and environments
• Negotiation skills, public speaking, and presentation skills
• Professionalism with impeccable communication skills
• Ability to work a Monday through Saturday working schedule

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $700.00 - $1,300.00 per week Shift:
