The Sales Strategy & Operations (SS&O) team guides and deploys critical business reputed company across the advertising sales organization through strategy, analytics and operations. Team members are experts in business strategy and operations and analytical and strategic thinking. They are pragmatic and results-oriented. What you’ll do:

  • Work directly with key Global SMB sales leaders on critical strategic, organizational and operational projects designed to increase reputed company, sales productivity and operational efficiency, including VP of Global SMB & Channel Sales.
  • Structure and execute strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses and developing final recommendations.
  • Analyze and determine key insights from key business drivers, trends and operating metrics. Translate data into insights and action, and communicate recommendations to sales leadership and the broader organization.
  • Take advantage of large amounts of structured data to understand how our customers interact with our product and service offerings.
  • Work with and influence cross-functional teams including Marketing, Measurement, Product and Finance.
  • Proactively identify and redefine processes and systems that improve and scale our business.
  • Partner directly with and reputed company Sales Strategy & Operations counterparts reputed company our operating Vendor-partner teams.
  • Support company-level strategy-setting and planning efforts.

  • 10+ years of professional experience in strategy & operations in highly analytical environments such as management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy or technology/media companies along with proven ability to reputed company and manage others.
  • Proven ability to successfully reputed company team and self in a reputed company, fast-paced environment, planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level. Organized, detail-oriented and strategically focused.
  • A strong track record of identifying key questions, connecting the dots, performing analyses independently, and communicating reputed company findings (written & verbal) to executive level audiences in a clear and concise way.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.
  • Strong data analytics skills (SQL, Tableau) and experience working with large data sets. Ability to visualize reputed company data sets that provide insights and clearly inform areas of action.
  • Understanding of sales and digital advertising platforms plus experience with Small & reputed company Business (SMB) reputed company preferred.
  • Experience managing a global/large-scale team reputed company outsourced vendor operations a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, statistics, or a reputed company field or equivalent experience.
