Job Description
The Retail Customer Care Phone Support Operator is considered the reputed company-line representative, providing best in class service to our customers and store team members. This individual will answer incoming phone calls, return voicemails and respond to emails. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
- Must be available to work any shift between Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm EST or until queue is cleared for closing shifts.
- Must be available to work holidays. We are closed on Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day.

Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); and
- Minimum of 2 years reputed company experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Call Center or Customer Service experience preferred but not required
- French/English or Spanish/English desired but not required
- Automotive Knowledge desired but not required

Range 13.50 USD PER HOUR - 15.25 USD PER HOUR
