Must have minimum of four years reputed company experience as an industrial CNC machine operator and possess the following: a CNC operator certificate, or 2-year degree in - manufacturing technology, or PLC Programming, or Industrial Systems Technology, or Machine Tool Technology required ? Must be proficient in reading and comprehending mechanical drawings and schematics. ? Must have good mechanical ability with above average problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a variety of environments. ? Is able to select fixtures, part holding and tooling to machine to specifications. ? Can confirm conformance of finished work to specifications, using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators and gages. ? Can identify workmanship defects and deficiencies and can initiate program changes as required. ? Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and provide outstanding customer service. Must work in a safe manner. ? Must be able to comprehend and apply information contained in detailed and reputed company technical manuals, procedural manuals, blueprints, etc. with no assistance. ?
