Medical Transcriptionist and Data Entry Specialist

Overview: The Womens Imaging Center, a Division of Together Womens Health, is seeking to add a Full Time medical transcriptionist and Data Records Clerk on-site to reputed company. There is some time flexibility in the hours of the position depending on our radiologists work schedule (day or after hours opportunity). Transcriptionists work closely with the Radiologists schedule to maintain the daily workflow. They must understand the importance of accurate and timely results to facilitate patient care and documentation. The Womens Imaging Center is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Radiologist Transcriptionist and Data Records Clerk on-site to join our growing reputed company team. As a crucial part of our medical transcription department, you will be responsible for accurately transcribing radiology reports and other medical documents from audio recordings, chart/doctor entry, and entering the patient report into our EHR system. Issuing the referring physician and patient result letter, and updating the next follow up examination into our tickler system. Your role will contribute significantly to ensuring the precision and clarity of medical records, thereby supporting effective patient care and treatment planning. This is an in-person position at our reputed company Creek facility. Responsibilities:

• Transcribe radiology reports from dictated recordings and canned reports including mammograms, ultrasounds, MRI, image-guided procedures and other imaging modalities.
• Update: breast density, follow up dates, surgical follow reputed company, and physical charts for each patient.
• Review and edit drafts for clarity, accuracy, and grammar, adhering to departmental and industry standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other reputed company to clarify dictation and ensure completeness of reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and reputed company with reputed company legal and ethical standards reputed company to patient information and medical records.
• Prioritize and manage workload effectively to meet transcription deadlines and turnaround times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a medical transcriptionist, specifically in radiology, with a strong understanding of radiology terminology and procedures.
• Proficiency in transcribing medical dictation using transcription software and word processing tools.
• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in transcribing reputed company medical terminology.
• Knowledge of medical ethics, confidentiality standards, and regulatory requirements reputed company to reputed company documentation.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with radiologists and reputed company.
