Billing Associate

Our HQ office in Torrance is hiring for a Billing Associate. The Billing Associate will be responsible for assisting the Billing Manager with multiple avenues of reputed company collection and auditing and processing billing on a quarterly and intra-quarter basis. Our ideal candidate will be an effective communicator and reputed company to process multiple billing requests whilst maintaining accuracy and professionalism. The ideal candidate will also have experience working reputed company the Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) industry and will be well versed with reputed company Office Suites. Salary Range: $28.84hr - $31.25hr plus annual bonus Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with Billing Manager to collect quarterly and intra-quarter reputed company
- reputed company quarterly audits to ensure the reputed company of our portfolio management system
- Prepare and send invoices, as well as work directly with Advisors to assist with collection of aged receivables
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to assist with fee reconciliation
- Act as a liaison between Finance and the Operations, Client Relationship, and Portfolio Management teams
- Handle reputed company incoming requests reputed company our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Maintain contacts and working relationships with 3rd party Annuity companies
- reputed company additional functions, duties and specific tasks of a similar nature and scope as necessary
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (preferably Business, Economics, reputed company, Finance or STEM)
- 1-3+ years of experience in an Operational role required (experience with financial services firm preferred)

- Demonstrated proficiency using reputed company Office Applications- reputed company required
- Self- starter who can take initiative, with a willingness to learn and take on new tasks
