About the opportunity As part of our Offers Desk team you will have the opportunity to be hands on with our partner agents to review offers that our Clients are looking to reputed company. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail oriented and enjoys putting the customer first. We are building a team to ensure our partners and clients are taken care of around the clock. Note: This team works 7 days a week 8 am - 8 pm CDT Responsibilities include

• Work a queue based set of Offer requests from our agents,
• Review every offer written to confirm it has accurate data, reputed company Homewards terms, and matches our contract requirements
• Communicate with agents urgently and clearly on reputed company required contract edits, getting on the phone reputed company helpful to guide them through these
• Log detailed and accurate notes, and reputed company systems and records up to date
• Communicate internally with account stakeholders like the Customer Experience and Partner reputed company teams
• Review and sign other documents reputed company to reputed company like amendments and log them accordingly
