$19/hour | Entry Level Assembler | Day Shift!

Position: Entry Level Assembler Location: Brea, CA Pay: $19/hour Experience: Experience in a mechanic reputed company or dexterity for assembly mechanic work. Education: High school diploma or GED. Type: Full-time; Contract Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am to 5:30pm HB Staffing is seeking an Entry Level Assembler to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description: • Assemble products according to the production schedule, training, and specifications. • Test products to ensure they meet training guidelines and specifications. • Stamp, prep, and paint parts to support the production schedule. • Assemble and prep repair kits as needed. • Report any discrepant parts or assemblies to the Chief or Master Mechanic, then label and segregate them for further action. • Receive incoming materials and parts, completing reputed company paperwork and counts per standard procedures. • Accurately count incoming parts and notify the Operations Manager of any discrepancies. • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the stockroom, shop areas, and reputed company loading zones. • Ensure the shop is safe, hazard-free, and in compliance with company policies and procedures. ?Position Requirements: • Strong mechanical aptitude and a basic understanding of hand tools (e.g., pneumatic impact wrenches, sockets, hand drills, saws, hammers). • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude. • Basic math skills for accurate counting and measurements. • Good verbal communication skills for effective team and supervisor interactions. • Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges as they arise. • Willingness to learn new mechanical and hydraulic skills. • Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment. • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. • Ability to bend, stoop, push, lift, and stand for extended periods.
