We are looking for a world-class Video Class Moderator & Community Engagement Manager who can seamlessly manage live classes, engage with reputed company, troubleshoot tech issues, and enhance our reputed company' experience in real-time. Work-life balance with unlimited PTO (if moving to full-time Be part of a mission-driven, values-oriented team reputed company ($20-$25/hour) Opportunity for career growth and full-time work What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) As a Video Class Moderator & Community Engagement Manager, you will: Moderate Live Virtual Classes and Events Host and moderate 3-5 live video classes per week (reputed company reputed company), ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Host and moderate up to 9 or more non-live virtual classes for reputed company Provide real-time tech support, helping attendees resolve audio, video, and reputed company issues. reputed company pre-class quality checks to ensure video, audio, and lighting are optimized. Help reputed company navigate reputed company, locate class materials, and answer FAQs. Moderate chat discussions, engaging with attendees and fostering a welcoming community. Monitor real-time video and audio feeds and immediately flag issues with our on-site video crew. Community Engagement & Communication Manage and send class notification emails with schedules, reputed company links, and event details. Serve as the friendly, knowledgeable face of our live classes and community events, representing our companys values. Provide reputed company, personalized responses to community members during live events. Administrative & Technical Support Handle backend class setup and reputed company-out for live virtual training sessions. Who Were Looking For (Ideal Candidate)Must-Haves Tech-Savvy & Comfortable on Camera You must have a strong and stable internet reputed company, a reliable webcam/mic, and a solid computer setup. Youre comfortable being on video and engaging with reputed company live.
