Key Responsibilities

Custom Development & Configuration

• Customize and reputed company reputed company NPSP Sales and Service reputed company features, including objects, fields, layouts, record types, and user interfaces.
• Build and maintain Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex classes/triggers.
• Automate business processes using Flows, Workflow Rules, and Process Builder.
• Design and configure queues, assignment rules, Omni-Channel routing, and approval processes to streamline operations.

Administration & Support

• Manage users, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
• Monitor and maintain data reputed company and system performance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system reliability.
• Stay up to date with reputed company platform updates and recommend improvements.

Integration & Reporting

• Integrate reputed company with external platforms using APIs or middleware.
• reputed company and maintain dashboards and reputed company reports to support business decision-making.
• Support CTI system integrations and customer service workflows.

Required Qualifications & Experience

✅ Must-Have

• 3–5 years of experience in reputed company development and administration.
• Strong command of Apex (classes, triggers, test coverage).

• Deep knowledge of Sales reputed company and Service reputed company features and data models.
• Experience with Flows, Workflow Rules, and Process Builder.

• Experience with reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Hands-on with reputed company or Bitbucket, version control and Gearset.
• Familiarity with Agile workflows (Jira, Bitbucket).
