Classic ASP ASP.NET Coding Programmer to Fix reputed company Shipping reputed company Live Calculator API Lookup

We are seeking a developer to fix our reputed company Shipping reputed company calculator reputed company API lookup to reputed company which suddenly stopped working. We do not know why. It could be as simple as a TLS/permissions issue, but we are not certain.
