Currently, we are seeking an reputed company MacOS Desktop Support III for a full-time hybrid position as part of an ongoing contract in Seattle, WA. Primary Duties: Providing technical assistance to users experiencing issues with their Mac computers, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems, installing updates, configuring settings, and resolving network connectivity issues, reputed company while adhering to reputed company's standards and customer service practices; essentially acting as a primary reputed company of contact for Mac users reputed company an organization, ensuring smooth operation of their macOS devices.
